The Aura Crown is one size fits most - and is readjustable with a seamless soft velcro closure system. The Aura Wrap comes in two sizes, small/medium and large/extra-large. They both are significantly adjustable too. A padded elastic backing on both the Wrap and Crown can fit most body and shapes.
